by Mr. T

Our menu is supervised by Tsuyoshi Miyazaki — born in Nagasaki in 1981, trained in Fukuoka and New York, then in Paris as sous chef of the two-Michelin-starred Passage 53, before co-founding the popular bistro Mr. T in 2017. His French technique and Japanese sensibility shape every plate by the sea.
